The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in our existing product offerings and has an innovative mindset for filling them. Our new Product Manager (m/f/d) is a subject matter expert in the area of Operational Procurement and should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release.
As our new Product Manager E-Procurement (m/f/d) , you:
- Shape the Product roadmap for our E-Procurement solutions which is in line with the product strategy and company objectives
- Are fully aware of market trends and customer needs. Speaks to analysts and asses current competitor offerings to seek opportunities for differentiation
- Collect and appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans
- make sure you are always aligned with internal and external stakeholders regarding the product roadmap, the priorities of the roadmap items and managing expectations
- Collaborate closely with the tech team, consultants, marketing and sales teams
- Are focussing on the creation of products that improve customer experience, customer success and grow market share.
Your Responsibilities Your role as
Product Manager E-Procurement (m/f/d) leverages a number of responsibilities that are very important to Onventis.
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, collecting (business) requirements and roadmap prioritization
- Translate product ideas into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
- Create and describe business cases including value proposition, effort/cost analysis, potential revenue and ROI
- Define product objectives for effective marketing communications and go-to-market strategy
Your Profile
- Strong experience, at least 5 years, in a dynamic product management role and Agile software development processes
- Experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing AI-driven products or features is a plus.
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- In depth knowledge of the business domain of Operational Procurement
- Experience in delivering finely tuned product marketing and go-to-market strategies
- Exceptional speaking and writing skills in English (and German is a plus), combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant orientation
- Knowledge of and experience with Agile frameworks
