Job description
iO Associates is currently collaborating with a Part 21-J organisation based in Bavaria, seeking a proficient German-speaking Project Manager to join their team. The role entails involvement in the development and certification of new products and Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs), encompassing design modifications, repairs, and mission system integration. Additionally, the company offers Continued Airworthiness services tailored to Type Design.
As a Project Manager, your responsibilities include:
Comprehensive leadership and direction of assigned projects
Ensuring effective communication, cost management, scheduling, and technical performance within project teams
Resolving conflicts, prioritising tasks, and addressing unplanned project issues
Communicating project statuses to the executive board and engineering director
Managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance of key vendors for supplier projects
Coordinating with internal and external partners
Handling ad hoc tasks related to project management
Role requirements:
University Degree in Engineering, preferably in Aerospace or Mechanical
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Aerospace Industry
Experience in Part 21-J and 21-G regulations
Fluency in English and German
