Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:
Sie sehen sich der Herausforderung gewachsen, knifflige IT-Fragestellungen in einem Microsoft geprägten Umfeld zu beantworten und helfen damit allen Anwendern bei Covestro
„Mein Drucker läuft nicht… Mein Monitor bleibt dunkel…“ Das wird Ihnen täglich als Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) begegnen – dabei haben Sie Spaß daran, vor Ort, remote oder telefonisch eine Lösung zu finden
Sie erklären den Anwendern Ihre neue Hard- und Software in IT-Trainingsveranstaltungen, ermöglichen Umzüge von Clients und unterstützen jegliche Fragestellungen an mobilen Endgeräten (Android und iOS)
Innerhalb der IT Organisation unterstützen Sie in Projekten und übernehmen bei Bedarf Sonderaufgaben
Um das IT-Servicemanagement auch in der Zukunft perfekt aufzustellen, teilen Sie Ihr Wissen, dokumentieren dieses und geben Impulse zur Verbesserung interner Prozesse
WHAT YOU OFFER
Um Teil von Covestro zu werden, bringen Sie eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung sowie mindestens drei Jahre praktische Berufserfahrung mit
Sie verfügen über tiefgreifende Kenntnisse im Bereich Windows-Client und -Betriebssysteme (speziell Windows 10), Office 365, OneDrive und Intune
Die tägliche Arbeit nach ITIL-Standards ist Ihnen bekannt, bestenfalls können Sie eine ITIL-Zertifizierung vorweisen und haben bereits mit Ticketsystemen gearbeitet
Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Beratungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und treten professionell und serviceorientiert auf
Hohe eigenverantwortliche Einsatzbereitschaft, lösungsorientiertes Engagement und die Fähigkeit zur Teamarbeit gehören zu Ihrem Selbstverständnis
Sie sind mutig, neugierig und offenen gegenüber einem dynamischen, modernen und stetig im Wandel befindlichen IT-Arbeitsumfeld
Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind uns wichtig. Do you also speak English? Great!
