Tasks and Responsibilities
* Strategic BI Leadership: Act as a strategic sparring partner in the creation and implementation of innovative BI dashboard and KPI's. Provide architecture consulting, design and conception expertise within the SAP-BI environment.
* Ad-hoc Analyses: Conduct insightful ad-hoc analyses and present results effectively to management. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
* Data Evaluation : Independently analyze and evaluate data and indicators, ensuring the healthiness of projects and the overall project portfolio.
* Process Optimization : Develop and optimize reports, processes, methods and templates. Play a fundamental role in defining and implementing measures for continuous improvement.
* Consultancy and Coaching : Serve as an in-house consultant, providing guidance and coaching to colleagues, project managers and executives on BI-related inquiries.

Candidates Profile
* Successfully completed a (technical) university of bachelor degree in industrial engineering and management or a comparable commercial training.
* Several years of hands-on experience in data modeling, particularly within the SAP BI environment.
* Knowledge of project management principles is beneficial.
* Good written and spoken English, German language proficiency is advantageous.
* Demonstrated high structuring, follow through and implementation skills. Strong analytical and communicative competence.
