Job description
Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager to join our company.
Working closely with partners and clients related to company projects
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the accounts
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
Monitoring deliverables by Company Delivery Teams and aligning goals, expectations and deadlines with all stakeholders
Participating and actively involved in planning tasks with regards to resources, deadlines, and deliverables.
Coordination of projects’ scope, conditions
Managing the company’s relationship with customers
Managing and developing client accounts
Drafting, editing, and setting up contracts, deadlines
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
Grow revenue streams within client accounts via cross-selling and up-selling on existing plans
Stay up-to-date with all new products and services and update clients accordingly
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Execution of resource planning
Working with executive management
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
Ability to understand deeply complex IT products and services and be able to communicate efficiently the added value of them to non-technical or non-functional stakeholders
Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
Strong sales skills
Extensive, accurate product knowledge
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Fluent command of English language (C1-C2)
German language is considered an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, communications, or a related field is considered an advantage
Related experience in the IT and/or Energy industry is considered a strong advantage
