Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) Inflight - suitable for lateral entrants Your new job includes

As Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) Inflight you are responsible for the optimal customer and product group support in cooperation with your sales team. In particular, you will

• be the interface for our internal departments Purchasing, Category Management, Customer Order Management and Supplier Order Management
• handle customer inquiries regarding assortments, prices and complaints
• work closely with sales colleagues on the implementation of the sales strategy and provide support in preparing and following up on product range meetings
• assist with demand, promotion and assortment analyses 
• create customer master files and quotations and process complaints

What you should bring along

• Successfully completed commercial training and initial professional experience in a similar function 
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience in working with SAP 
• Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
• A goal-oriented approach to work as well as initiative
• Enthusiasm at work, a high degree of service orientation and enjoyment of working in a team
