Job Description

• Unterstützung bei der Auslegung der technischen Spezifikation in Zusammenarbeit mit Applications und dem Projektteam.
• Zusammenarbeit mit potenziellen Projektlieferanten, um kosteneffiziente Lösungen zu erzielen.
• Erstellung und Umsetzung eines Projektbeschaffungsplans und Abstimmung mit dem Projektteam beim Projekt-Kick-Off-Meeting.
• Definition von Langläufern und frühzeitige Beschaffung.
• Einholen sowie die teschnische und kommerzielle Bewertung von Angeboten.
• Koordination der Lieferanten bzgl. Kosten, Termine und Qualität.

Additional Information

• Erforderlich ist ein erfolgreicher Abschluss als Techniker / Ingenieur Maschinenbau oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss.
• Weiterbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre einschlägige Einkaufserfahrung.
• Gute ERP-Kenntnisse.
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
• Sehr gute Fähigkeit zur Selbstorganisation.
• Teamfähigkeit.
• Strategisches und analytisches Denken.
