RESPONSIBILITIES

In our global Digital Farming division, you will work in a highly dedicated, international and passionate team on various aspects of data and technology with a focus on developing more sustainable agriculture.

• In your new role you develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• You create engaging content tailored for each platform and target group for global xarvio social media channels, currently Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram & X.
• Besides own channels, you define engagement strategy and drive implementation for relevant 3rd party channels, such as agricultural media, partners or influencers.
• Additionally, you set and analyse budgets and performance KPI's as well as respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• You encourage and support implementation of local social media initiatives in our main countries and identify global/regional trends to improve xarvio communications continuously (also with the help of external partners).
• Last but not least, you contribute to overall xarvio branding and communications strategy development and you identify global and regional trends and best practices to improve xarvio communications continuously.

QUALIFICATIONS

• university degree in marketing, communications or related fields
• 3 years of professional experience in Social Media
• experience in agriculture or a related industry
• international project management and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders
• very good communication and teamwork skills
• fluent communication skills in English, German is a plus
