Your to-do list
Be part of a highly skilled agile team, working in the challenging fields of IoT, Data Science, Health Care, Logistics, and on digitalization projects.
- Tactical agility at scale: apply agile and lean strategies for your dedicated delivery team, goal being to address all the complexities of the E2E value stream
- Enable the delivery team to self-organize and self-improve, ensuring the team follows the agile process
- Remove obstacles to the delivery team's progress
- Help employees and stakeholders to understand and enact the agile mindset
- Contribute to the agile transformation by bridging the gap between traditional units in the organization and agile delivery teams
This is you
- As experienced Scrum Master and Agile Coach you practice and live the agile mindset
- You are familiar with Scaled Agile Frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Spotify, Scrum at Scale, Less, Nexus) and the software development life-cycle
- Creativity and pragmatism are your companions in shaping and driving the evolution of systems that foster joy and success
- Your curiosity and empirical approach are assets when it comes to understanding the complexity of E2E value delivery, frameworks, people and their interactions, and processes
- Apart from that, having experience with Management 3.0, OKR, Design Thinking, and/or Kanban will help you perform even better in your new role

We place a strong emphasis on performance-based, regularly adjusted compensation. The gross minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement is EUR 53.600 per annum on a full-time basis. Depending on the specific position, professional experience, and qualifications, we offer a higher salary.
