SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and growth of the existing customer base as well as the dynamic development of new markets and accounts in Central Europe.

In this role you will be in charge of identifying, developing, and managing the sales process from demand creation to closing of the business opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Create new business opportunities for Allegro products in the automotive/industrial market to support growth with emphasis on complex motor drivers, analogue and digital magnetic sensors, and voltage regulators.

Identify new business opportunities within your customer base

Identify specific new programs and evolving market trends and the associated technical requirements in close cooperation with the FAE (field application engineer) and the relevant business units.

Manage the practical organisation of the sales process.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive customers and negotiate contracts and prices in accordance with the overall sales strategy.

Work closely with Management to develop and implement strategic sales plans.

Develop and generate executive summary monthly reports and provide on time. Ad hoc reporting will also be required.

Provide timely feedback from the market including changes and trends.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ATTRIBUTES

Language Requirements: Fluent in German and English (oral and written).

License Requirements: valid driving license for cars in Germany

The role is based in Germany with a Work From Home policy.

Proven track record of demand creation and sales in the automotive industry and the industrial environment.

Ability to communicate with management.

Excellent understanding of automotive business environment and strategic planning capabilities.

Strong skills in communication across business units and departments.

Basic knowledge of automotive/industrial quality requirements.

Self-motivated and goal orientated.

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.

Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.

Willingness to travel domestic and international.
