Senior Manager Demand Generation and Marketing

Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive development of a consolidated plan and strategy for driving business demand for Western Europe. Together with Head of Demand Generation and Field Marketing, develop yearly goals and KPIs
- Own, plan execute and measure programs for the DACH region, lead team of campaign managers executing in key European regions
- Execute campaigns to engage leads and accounts to surface leads for sales outreach (increase lead score / drive MQLs) and provide air-cover for sales engagement
- Develop and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, direct mail, events and content marketing
- Own and manage pipeline contribution – number and quality of qualified leads, opportunities, and opportunity pipeline value
- Track, evaluate and report on marketing performance monthly, quarterly. Develop reports for quarterly marketing reviews. Report on performance to management teams and key stakeholders
- Align with regional Sales leadership and marketing teams to build growth strategies that support corporate and regional ARR growth targets
- Develop, manage, and track program budgets expenses to deliver optimal ROI on marketing spend
- Daily supervision of regional demand and field marketing team including guidance on ARR pipeline growth plan development, guidance on marketing campaign development, tracking of work quality, spending overview and approvals
- Ongoing growth and development of marketing team including “on-the-job” training as well as potential external training opportunities
- Build and maintain processes for efficient marketing execution and communication including: processes for communication to key stakeholders, communication within the team, resource sharing, etc.
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Specific strength in event, digital and account-based marketing for acquisition
- Track record of developing strategy and strong execution
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, MBA preferred
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth marketing strategies. Ideally for a mix of enterprise and mid-market sized companies
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with marketing automation, analytics, and customer acquisition tools
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing and paid lead-gen best practices
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisions
