Master Thesis - Design of an Integrated High-frequency Planar Transformer

Job description
- During your Master thesis, you will study existing magnetic integration solutions suitable for the application and select a solution to develop or propose a new one.
- You will model the transformer using analytical equations, finite element simulations or other methods, and optimize the design to meet your objectives.
- Last but not least, you will build and test the transformer, compare the results with those previously modelled, and evaluate the results against the objectives set and existing solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master studies in the field of Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or comparable
- Experience and Knowledge: basic knowledge of magnetic component design
- Personality and Working Practice: proactive and motivated
- Enthusiasm: interest in research activities
- Languages: fluent in English

Duration: 6 months
