Job Description

Our department at Bosch Abstatt is responsible for function and software development for braking systems. In our team we develop solutions for longitudinal vehicle control for assisted and automated driving and parking along with the required redundancy mechanisms and driver supporting brake boost functions. To support our team of engineers and developers we are searching for a working student (f/m/div.) with experience in DevOps and embedded software development.

• During your internship, you will support us in our day-to-day business in embedded software development.
• You will set up and extend a continuous delivery and testing environment.
• Your focus will be on setting up automated tests (execution, evaluation).
• Last but not least, you will support in requirements engineering and process related tasks (visualization of function/software design, documentation).

Qualifications

• Education: studies in the field of Information Technology, Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, etc.) or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: in embedded software development, DevOps as well as in coding/scripting (C++, Python, VBA, Matlab, etc.) and automated testing
• Personality and Working Practice: proactive, analytical, solution-oriented, communicative teamplayer
• Enthusiasm: fascination for automotive engineering and software development
• Languages: good in English or in German

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
