Manager Market Reasearch Analytics (f/m/d)

As Manager for Market Research & Analytics, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our dynamic team to generate insights, which drives our Business to deeply understand market trends, consumer /customer needs, competitor moves and company performance, and supports informed strategies and tactics for a greater business impact.
What you can expect
You will lead global primary market research projects including defining the project objectives and scope, vendor selection, project management and delivering the project on time and to budget.
You will review and manage market research plans with your relevant stakeholders.
You will be responsible for creating, compiling, analyzing, and sharing insights through period reporting to help identify and characterize growth opportunities and assess our company’s position on the market.
You will provide deep dive analytics on strategic and important business topics.
You will be responsible for creating meaningful and insightful dashboards & deliverables (presentations, reports) for HQ stakeholders by using internal and external data sources.
You will respond to ad hoc queries from stakeholders across HQ and the wider organization. This will include supporting key business processes (Strategic Planning, brand planning, annual report).
You will contribute to continuous process’ optimization, enabling cross-functional collaboration and facilitating best-practice sharing.
You will work closely with the HQ teams and functions, country teams and colleagues in the Global Business Intelligence network.
Who we are looking for
You have a degree in business/marketing/management or research-related discipline.
You have 5 years’ experience in Market Intelligence, Market Research or Business Intelligence obtained in a market research agency, or in a Consumer Healthcare company.
You have experience of designing, conducting, and evaluating primary and secondary research in healthcare to deliver fact-based and data driven insights using multiple research and analytic techniques.
You can effectively manage large multi-country consumer /healthcare professional primary market research projects and can communicate actionable insights.
You have experience with data (IMS, Mintel, Euromonitor, Clarivate) and analytics (Excel, Alteryx) and visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
You are confident in analyzing and presenting data and communicating to cross functional teams.
You can multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You are comfortable in developing strong relationships within the business and across teams/markets.
You have an excellent command of English (written and verbal) and presentation skills. German language is a desirable.
