Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of monthly and yearly financial reports, including consolidations for our branches in Germany and the USA.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial data management, along with diligent accounting and cash flow oversight.
- Collaborate closely with our CFO to develop and implement scalable, compliant financial processes.
- Work with external partners globally to ensure tax compliance.
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting within a startup, medium-sized company, tax consultancy, or auditing firm.
- Familiarity with HGB and US-GAAP accounting standards.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Fluent in German and English for effective communication within an international team.
