Are you ready for the challenge of solving complex technical problems within manufacturing in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? And eager to test your skills in an international context? Our 2-year-rotational European Graduate Program will offer you the opportunity to work in diverse assignments within Operations / Manufacturing in different teams across Europe!
In this position, you will be based in our production site in Gotha - and get the chance to rotate to an assignment in one of our other production sites across Europe in your second year. You will be empowered to take responsibility fast - and encouraged to dive into all aspects of our operations, from day-to-day activities to strategic manufacturing projects. But it will not only be about becoming a technical expert. To really drive a sustainable continuous improvement in the sites, you will need to demonstrate your communication and leadership skillsto make an impact.
