Process Technician/Engineer with Focus on Automation (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Largely independent assumption and coordination of tasks from projects and strategic programs
• Largely independent planning and execution of orders for the production of experimental parts of development projects and service orders
• Largely independent processing and implementation of automation solutions on various production machines 
• Carrying out, evaluating and assessing tests and measurements on instructed machines in the Technical Center and other Freudenberg divisions after consultation with project managers and clients

Qualifications:

• Successfully completed training or studies in the field of process mechanics for plastics and rubber technology or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in elastomer and/or plastics processing incl. automation technology preferred
• Technical understanding and knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and interfaces (OPC-UA)
• Independent working style as well as very good communication and team skills
• Good knowledge of German and English desirable
