Job description

Mission Customer relationship management aiming at the adoption of M365 solution and more particularly SharePoint Online Overseeing the adoption journey of several types of stakeholders Creation of adoption dashboards and reports Autonomously turn communication objectives into strategies, tasks and activities and oversee / contribute to their implementation Conception and development of Power Apps forms Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers Resolving stakeholder complaints quickly and efficiently Follow the SharePoint Online Level 3 Support Team Keep stakeholders updated to ensure their adoption of digital solutions through meetings with the Champions, workshops, forums, etc Identifying the services needed to ensure stakeholder satisfaction Reporting to relevant structures Knowledge and skills Ability to work autonomously, managing his/her own workload independently, providing status updates, liaising with others and escalating issues as appropriate Strong interpersonal skills and ability to understand what each stakeholder wants and needs Aptitude to foster positive relationships Problem-solving attitude Excellent communication skills Ability to prepare clear and well-structured documents, and presentations in English Teamwork and leadership skills, including ability to work in a friendly, organised, and well-structured manner also under pressure Ability to manage a small team Ability to conceive and implement Low-code application Profile Minimum a bachelor degree Minimum 10 years' professional experience English is mandatory, French is an asset Experience in the use of Atlassian collaborative tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira and Tempo) and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., M365 apps) Knowledge in analysing customer segments, e.g., experiencing a specific product problem Experience in the IT domain is mandatory Knowledge in using tools to build adoption dashboards and reports Cronos Europa is an IT and digital communications company uniquely dedicated to serving the European institutions, agencies and bodies.
