Responsibilities

As Working Student based in Berlin you will be part of the Office Management team which is responsible for maintaining our office operations in Berlin and ensuring employees have an excellent fun and safe working environment. You will support our administrative and operational tasks at the Berlin office and you will be the first point of contact for all visitors.

Your on site day will include:

• Ensuring the smooth running of daytoday operations together with the Office Management team (e.g. post access control telephone couriers logistics travel management and property management).
• Underground car park management and arranging company car appointments.
• Administration of office supply and snacks.
• Processing of purchase and travel requests.
• Supporting with onand offboarding of employees.
• Arranging team and company events.
• Contributing to office management projects such as the office reorganization.

Qualifications

You are a proactive people person with a cando attitude . Your excellent verbal and written communication skills allow you to easily establish and maintain good relationships with others and collaborate with people both inside and outside the company.

Heres what we think you need to succeed in this role:

• You study business administration office management or similar.
• Fluency in German and English (C1C2).
• Good organization skills ability to multitask and think outside of the box.
• Willing to expand experience in Office Management Administration or another serviceoriented field is a plus.
• You are located in Berlin Germany. Please note that due to the nature of the work for this role you are required to work at the office.
• Experience working with tools like Word Excel PowerPoint Confluence is a plus.
