Job Description As a Lead Consultant, you are an expert & go to person for sales topics and contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in requirement gathering, Fit-gap workshops, define processes & propose solution options, Co-Ordinate & collaborate cross streams to refine the solution. You will also play an important role in Creating Cookbooks for sales, Preparing functional specifications for development & configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposed developments, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required - Experience in SAP SD and AFS
- AFS Rollout or implementation experience is mandatory
- Should be able to independently configure the AFS SD functionalities like Seasonality, Allocation Run, Order Management & Fulfillment, Delivery Processing, Billing and Pricing
- Good knowledge of Future order, Contracts & Call-Offs, Reorder, Promotions and Returns management processes.
- Configuration knowledge of Allocation, Pricing, Order Management & Fulfillment, Billing, Rebates
- Transfer business requirements into functional specification and take it through complete life cycle of development from blueprint to go live starting with identification of GAP
- Impact analysis on existing markets with solution proposed for GAP
- Experience in interface development in areas of order booking and delivery processing
- Clear understanding of master data and dependency on MM and FI pertaining to AFS/Retail
- Experience in migration of sales orders, customer master, seasonality
- ABAP debugging skills to facilitate reverse engineering
- Should have experience in Large global projects and which is heavily customized.
- Understanding business requirement. Experience in leading workshops related to business discussions
- Ability to guide consultants in AFS SD and co-ordinate with teams in remote locations
- Coordinate with various Business, IT stake holders & Cross teams like WMS, TIBCO/XI, Development
- Professional English, German proficiency
Preferred - Knowhow of FMS or AFS
- Awareness on trade terms used in AFS world.
- Full life cycle implementation and rollout experience
- Worked in multicultural international environment across several geographies.
- Certification in SAP Sales & Distribution
