IT Consultant / IKAROS Customizing (m/f/x)
immediately full-time.
Your challenges
- As a workflow specialist in the IKAROS environment, you will ensure that our business processes run smoothly.
- In coordination with the specialist departments on site, you will make adjustments to the workflows: These range from simpler configuration work to scripting in JavaScript or customizing the database.
- You will deal with the ongoing optimization of our workflows as well as the adaptation and expansion of process steps and also implement customer-specific solutions.
- If our colleagues are stuck, you will support them in solving problems.
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training in the IT sector, for example as an IT specialist or IT business administrator, a degree in STEM subjects or comparable professional experience.
- Ideally, you have already had contact with the following topics (if not, we will support you with further training and on-the-job training)
- Development in scripting languages, preferably JavaScript
- Experience with SQL or relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server
- Good knowledge of Word
- Advantageous: programming skills (e.g. C#)
- Previous knowledge of the receivables management domain and the IKAROS software from Ferber-Software GmbH is also advantageous - but not required
- Confidence and strong communication skills
- Independence and results-oriented work
