As Founder’s Associate intern, you will be in the driver’s seat leading us to success. Working with the founders and mainly the commercial founder Roman, you will make sure things run smoothly and execute on the most pressing strategic and operational projects. Working across multiple functions, you will get maximum exposure to entrepreneurship and a wide array of tasks that require creativity, a getting-things-done attitude, and perseverance.
Your mission : Maximize the output of the founding team and drive strategic initiatives.
The Founders associate internship is a unique opportunity to experience entrepreneurship in its most raw form. This is your chance to learn entrepreneurship from the ground up, working directly with the founders. You will learn more in a month than most people in a year and we will help you develop along the way. It will be demanding, but it will be equally exciting.
We are looking for a highly structured, smart, detail-oriented person with low ego and insane sense of ownership. Please don’t take yourself too seriously as well.
Support our founder to drive pyne’s strategic priorities and execute on projects we have defined together. Some potential projects you will own:
Commercial : creating and improving sales presentations; further developing the GTM strategy with Roman; defining and conducting commercial experiments to find ideal customer profiles; implementing and managing customer projects
Content : become a product activation specialist and set up processes to write great quality content on our marketing channels (blog, Linkedin)
Product : organize and join interviews to verify hypotheses; help to get more substance to our product roadmap through empirical, structured research and test the product (e.g. adjust AI prompting)
General : supporting in all day-to-day tasks. We are a small team building the company from scratch. We all get our hands dirty
Hiring : setting up and managing channels, building up and managing the candidate flow, interviewing, onboarding new employees, improving the hiring process
Many more strategic projects in the fields of operations, organisation, legal, finance, and strategy
These are some things that would help
You've worked in demanding positions before - whether in consulting, private equity/investment banking, venture capital or at a high-growth startup
You are highly structured. You are amazing at executing projects from A-Z and people praise your PPT, Excel, and analytical skills
You have a Master's degree or are pursuing one at the moment
Very strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to divide and conquer complex problems by yourself and come up with great solutions
High integrity and humbleness are imperative. Since you are basically doing all the things a founder usually does, you will sometimes own the most exciting and the most mundane job at the same time
You have 3-6 months time to ride with us and build a great company (starting date flexible - just reach out to us!)
A plus: Experience in consulting, VC, IB/PE or a fast-growing tech company with functional responsibilities across product, marketing/sales, strategy and business development

We use Slack to communicate but since this role requires you to work in-person we even more prefer direct communication
We use Notion to document all our decisions and learnings
We use Figjam & Figma to brainstorm on topics or visualize our product
You will work directly with the CEO & founder Roman and Sophia (Founder associate). You can find the complete team here .
