Your tasks

We are looking for a motivated and experienced person to help us take KoRos brand to the next level.
These will be your tasks:
- Develop a datadriven brand strategy and implement it effectively.
- Form and lead a dedicated team and actively support the individual professional development of the team members.
- Develop KoRos brand and create a comprehensive brand book that defines and communicates KoRos brand values brand guidelines and brand identity.
- Analyse customer behaviour and preferences to continuously optimise the brand positioning.
- Manage agencies ensuring that information is communicated efficiently.
- Manage brand marketing activities across multiple channels.
- Coordinate collaboration with external agencies to realise our marketing objectives.
- Be responsible for the efficient management of the budget and ensure that resources are optimally utilised.
Your profile
- You have at least three years of proven experience in a leadership position in brand management/marketing preferably in the food industry.
- You have excellent l eadership skills and are able to motivate and inspire your team members.
- You live in Berlin /surrounding areas or are willing to relocate to Berlin for your new position.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English ; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Ideally you have experience in omnichannel marketing and are able to codevelop innovative campaigns.
- You have a strong understanding of data and how to analyse it.
- You have excellent project management and organisational skills that make it easy for you to set priorities and multitask effectively.
- You also have strong communication and collaboration skills that help you to interact with stakeholders at different levels.
