Team Leader (m/f/d) IT Infrastructure
Full-time (38.5 hours per week)
Professional experience required
Together with your team, you will design and operate MD N's IT infrastructure securely, stably and economically. You will lead a team of approx. 10 employees and manage external service providers.
Digital - your contribution is needed
- You and your team ensure ongoing IT operations and ensure the smooth provision of the IT infrastructure and IT services.
- You implement strategic architecture changes (e.g. the gradual development of a centralized / decentralized network structure) on time and on budget.
- You and your team optimize your own processes and technologies and play an active role in the further development of the business unit.
- As a team leader in the Infrastructure division, you are responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of your employees.
Human - how you fit in with us
- You have successfully completed a university degree (Bachelor), e.g. in computer science / business informatics, or have comparable experience, knowledge and skills.
- You have specialist knowledge and "hands-on" experience in the areas of IT operations and IT infrastructure
- You have initial management experience.
- You are certified in industry-standard processes (e.g. ITSM, ITIL) and / or products.
- You are confident and persuasive and therefore achieve excellent results with your team as part of MD Niedersachsen.
- You are familiar with common leadership and management methods.

Remuneration is in accordance with the collective agreement for medical services (TV MD) up to pay group 12 if the requirements are met.
