Job description

BRING THE MOVE

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement across the customer journey
• Develop and execute data-driven A/B testing and experimentation campaigns to optimize landing pages, website elements, and user flows
• Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to gain insights into customer interactions
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align CRO initiatives with overall business objectives and product development
• Develop and implement conversion optimization strategies that are tailored to the specific needs of our B2B target audience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest CRO trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our conversion rate and optimize the user experience

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner

THIS IS YOU

• You have 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, B2B is a plus
• You have a passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to continuous improvement
• You have a proven track record of successfully boosting conversions, demonstrating your ninja-like ability to transform websites into conversion powerhouses
• You master A/B testings and the art of analyzing user behavior data, wielding analytics tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar 
• You have a deep understanding of UX principles, enabling you to design and optimize online experiences for conversion, even in the dark of night
• You like to work independently as part of a team to achieve common goals
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other relevant analytics platforms
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, any other language is a plus
