Die Lost and Found Personalberatung- und Vermittlung ist seit über 24 Jahren eine etablierte und im Markt bekannte Personalberatungsgesellschaft und Personalvermittlung für die internationale Hotellerie, Touristik, Hospitality Industrie und vielen anderen Branchen.

Schwerpunkt unserer Tätigkeit ist die Suche, Vorauswahl und Vermittlung von Fach- und Führungskräften in alle Arbeitsbereiche der internationalen Hotellerie, Touristik, Hospitality Branche, Möbelindustrie, Lebensmittelindustrie, Zulieferindustrie und vielen anderen Branchen. Aufgaben

The Director of GC&E is responsible for leading and directing a team of 10 members delivering exceptional services from the enquiry stage until the execution of the events.

The individual is responsible to develop and implement strategic sales activities to deliver outstanding revenue across the GC&E function.

They will ensure the compliance to the brand standards, maintain & develop talents, define the C&E strategy backed-up by data driven analysis as well as develop & maintain relationships with key clients, brand support & different stakeholders within the organization.

The purpose of the role is to define & execute the strategy to drive revenue. The function will require to work closely with DOSM, RM, Operations Team & above property support to maximise the sell & conversion through all MICE Channels

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Groups, Conference & Events department.

• Manage and lead a team of 10 members to ensure that all events are executed to the highest standards.

• Work closely with the Director of Sales & Business Development to develop and implement sales strategies for the department.

• Ensure that all groups and events are executed within budget and to the satisfaction of the clients.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the hotel and organisation.

• Ensure that all events are executed in compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifikation

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• German Language & English (professional Level)
