What you’ll do
- Gather and document business needs, KPIs, and other functional and/or technical requirements to help marketers provide a compelling data-driven response and recommendation
- Deliver digital analytics insights to key stakeholders in the form of Analysis Workspace dashboards or a deck
- Design customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategies
- Aggregate information for presentation to senior business stakeholders
- Troubleshoot analytics tagging issues using common debugging tools such as Chrome Dev tools, Omnibug, Tag Assistant by Google, Experience Cloud Debugger, or others
- Provide quality control and oversight of reporting output
- Proactively engage with stakeholders by providing digital insights and supporting marketing with strategy recommendations
- Develop/support the creation of digital performance dashboards
- Regularly support the growth team in the implementation of A/B testing and personalized use cases
- Mentor other digital analysts across the organization on growth initiatives
What you`ll need
- 3-5 years of experience working in the digital analytics space for the web platforms . ( ideally in an e-commerce environment or in the travel / hospitality industry )
- Strong Adobe Analytics skills with in- depth knowledge of Analysis Workspace
- Experience with A/B t esting , JavaScript, Tag Management System (TMS), or t racking d ebugging
- Proficiency with a TMS and familiar ity with the Data Layer concept
- Experience in managing and delivering analytics projects

Remote first set up (within Germany) :We believe in a hybrid working model with a remote-first approach. This means that our company is optimized for work to be done remotely no matter where you are living in Germany. We believe in flexibility and trusted working times, so there is no standardized “quota” for on-site presence in the office. On average, our employees that lives all across Germany comes to our Cologne office 1-2 times per month for team bonding and/or selected events (i.e. for onboarding, team/company events/workshops)
