Your mission

As a Procure-to-Pay Specialist, you'll collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners, including legal, finance, IT, and suppliers, to design and oversee our procurement processes. Your role extends beyond mere transactions – you'll cultivate strong relationships with our vendors, providing them with support, guidance, and prompt resolutions to foster a positive and mutually beneficial partnership. With your expertise, we'll guarantee timely delivery of purchase orders and payments to our partners, while ensuring strict adherence to internal policies and compliance requirements. - Define, document, create templates, and automate procure-to-pay processes for the CTIO department.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, engineering, legal, finance, IT, and procurement, regarding procure-to-pay process matters.
- Independently manage all procure-to-pay activities for the CTIO department.
- Generate Opex/Capex purchase orders and goods receipts in SAP-SRM following internal guidelines.
- Conduct invoice verification and reconcile goods receipts and invoices with the finance department.
- Address discrepancies with external suppliers and assist with dunning, offsetting, and urgent transfers.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in procure-to-pay process management and invoice verification processes.
- Prior experience in telecommunications or related industry is advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel as a must have (Power BI a plus), Power Query, PowerPoint, and SAP (SRM, SAP FICO, SAP RE-FX)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in English and German, Spanish would be a plus.
