Details of the role and how it fits into the team
HR IT is responsible for the management and strategic alignment of the global HR systems. In addition to maintenance and support, this also includes the continuous development of our systems. Together with HR, we are driving the modernization and digitization of our products and are already using state-of-the-art technologies.
We work closely with our HR contacts and relevant COO units. We look after more than 100 systems in total, which already includes several SaaS solutions. HR IT is an international unit mainly based in Frankfurt and Pune.
Your key responsibilities
Configure ServiceNow application as required for the HR Workflows
Is responsible for the ongoing optimization and maintenance of ServiceNow, including scope management and interfacing applications like ImageNow, Adobe and dbWEP integration layers.
Formulate and create Functional Specification documentation, in close working with Business Owner, Application owners/Solution architects and HR Operations.
Responsibility for implementing change orders in our productive application landscape, L3 application support if necessary.
Work with application product owners and vendors to resolve issues from testing and to help find solutions for various issues.
Work closely with Product Owner in solution requirements and solution maintenance areas.
Work with Application Management area for functional area trouble shooting and resolution to reported bugs / issues on applications.
Your skills and experiences
Several years of experience in the field of ServiceNow Configuration, business & functional analysis, incl. methods and tools
Ideally knowledge of HR processes, preferably from the Compensation & Reward area
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Several years of experience in IT, ideally working with SAAS / cloud solutions (preferably in the HR area), e. g. ServiceNow, ImageNow, Integration layers, Workday
Ability to work in an agile work environment, incl. virtual teams and matrix organizations
