Your mission
Our quickly growing international team in Berlin is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/x), responsible for our web properties and feature development, together with our Product team. You bring a unique blend of creative vision and analytical insight to digital marketing. This position requires agility to align between teams and stakeholders, and needs a good feeling for data and market research, while staying light on your feet when it comes to finding creativity in the content we present online. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the maintenance, update, and optimization of our website to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with the Product team on content and feature development, ensuring alignment with our brand vision.
- Manage stakeholder feedback loops to refine and perfect digital strategies.
- Develop and execute a robust SEO strategy to maximize website visibility.
- Drive conversion optimization through rigorous A/B testing across our platform.
- Support paid advertising efforts by crafting compelling landing pages.
Your profile
- Proficient with digital marketing tools, including Sanity CMS (or similar headless CMS), HubSpot, Asana, and Notion.
- Experienced in content creation, whether through copywriting or managing editorial calendars.
- Proven track record of managing social media channels for companies of comparable size.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) in a marketing context.
- Adept at balancing quantitative and qualitative insights for decision-making, with a strong grasp of analytics tools like GA4 or Amplitude.
