The Powerplant Engineer II reports to the Powerplant Engineering Manager and is responsible for the creation, maintenance, distribution and storage of PPE technical documents necessary for gas turbine engine overhauls performed on customer aircraft fleets for the GTF engine programs. He/she will work with Fleet Technical Managers to provide technical documentation, which optimizes management of Fleet Management Program (FMP) maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) contracts thru minimization of expenditures and improving engine maintenance interval/reliability.
