Job description
As a (Senior) Sales Manager Europe at COMPREDICT, your mission is to drive the adoption of our cutting-edge Virtual Sensor technology among automotive OEMs and Tier 1 clients across Europe. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Your profile
You're passionate about driving sales excellence and shaping the future of mobility, and you bring:
- Bachelor's or preferably master's degree in business or engineering.
- Fluent in both German and English, third European language is a plus.
- Valid work permit for Germany / European Union.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales roles, with a track record of success in selling software or high-tech solutions.
- Proven ability to drive complex, consultative sales cycles and negotiate multi-year contracts with enterprise clients.
- Strong network of contacts within the automotive industry in Europe, particularly among OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Your Responsibilities Include: Sales Strategy and Execution: - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the European market, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and market penetration.
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to commercial negotiation and contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within OEMs and Tier 1 companies, understanding their needs and positioning COMPREDICT as the solution of choice.
Market Expansion and Development: - Identify new growth opportunities to expand COMPREDICT's footprint in the European market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders – CEO, CRO, Product and Marketing teams – to develop value propositions and go-to-market strategies for targeted segments.
- Represent COMPREDICT at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to increase brand visibility and drive business opportunities.
Customer Relationship Management: - Serve as the primary point of contact for European clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, gather feedback, and advocate for product enhancements or customizations as necessary.
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by identifying additional use cases and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
Market Insights and Feedback Loop: - Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics, providing insights and recommendations to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, conveying market feedback, feature requests, and enhancement opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
