Chief Information Officer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced Chief Information Officer (m/f/d) to lead our company in its digital transformation and drive the strategic direction of our information technology. As CIO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive IT strategy that supports our business goals, provides innovative solutions and contributes to growth and increased efficiency.

The job description

• You will identify opportunities to integrate new technologies in order to optimize our business processes and achieve competitive advantages.
• You will manage and coordinate all IT activities including infrastructure, application development, cyber security, data and program management and project office.
• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with security standards and data protection regulations as well as for managing IT resources, budgeting and cost control.
• As Chief Information Officer (m/f/d), you will not only lead a qualified team of 13 people in a team leader structure, but also actively contribute to the development of a positive team culture through your positive leadership style. Your role involves not only managing, but also continuously developing the skills of each team member.

Your profile

• You have a degree in computer science or information technology or a comparable qualification.
• Your professional experience includes several years in a senior position in IT management, ideally as CIO or in a similar role.
• You have in-depth expertise in the areas of infrastructure, application development, cyber security, data and program management
• The successful development and implementation of IT strategies are part of your proven track record.
• You have experience in supervising and assuming responsibility in the project office, including the effective organization, management and support of projects.
• You have strong leadership skills and experience in team management
• You have a proven track record of working effectively with diverse stakeholders and building sustainable relationships
• Your communication and negotiation skills are particularly strong.
• A strategic mindset and the ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions are among your strengths.
• Flexibility and the willingness to travel between the Coburg and Herbolzheim locations are a matter of course for you.
