Reports to: Global Head of Metals Processing
As the Head of Controlling for ME-P, you will be responsible for leading and managing the controlling function for the ANDRITZ Metals Processing division. This includes a wide range of responsibilities.
In your role you will:
- Develop and implement controlling, commercial, and related risk mangement strategies and policies in line with the overall business strategy of ANDRITZ Metals Processing
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Identify and manage financial risks, such as currency exchange risk, interest rate risk, and credit risk, support the risk analysis process in projects
- Providing financial information and analysis to senior management
- Work close together with the global head of ME-P to align all relevant presentations for budget, mid term planning, board meetings and set up the strategy and goals for the division
- Monitor and control costs, including direct costs, indirect costs, and overhead costs
- Provide financial information and analysis to senior management to support decision-making
- Lead and manage a team of controllers and commercial project managers located in various locations world-wide (“dotted line”)
- Ensure that the controlling and commercial function is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
In your personal skill set you have:
- Master's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in controlling, preferably in a project-oriented industry
- Strong financial analytical skills
- Basic technical undstanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Customer focus, ownership for performance, shared commitment, and openness
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems (preferably SAP S4 Hana)
- Fluency in English and German
