We are looking for a versatile, Senior Technical Analyst to join the Digital Corporate Channels team. In this role, you will work closely with experienced software architects, engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to maintain and enhance high-quality software solutions.
What you’ll be doing
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Acts as Application Expert (AE) for SWIFT related applications inside the domain, taking direct accountability for those specific applications, overseeing theirfunctionality, performance, and ongoing development
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the technical aspects of applications, systems, andtheir integrations
- Collaborates with other domain stakeholders from Global Digital Solutions GDS area (e.g.PM, BAs) to gather and analyzebusiness requirements, translating them into technical specifications for the Developmentteams
- Leads and coordinates development effortson the assigned Applications, ensuringalignment with business objectives and adherence to corporate standards
- Contributes to team discussions by sharing your experience and your knowledge with the team
- Creates detailed documentation about design and implementation of developed components
- Supports continuous improvement, exploring different alternatives and technologies, able to think and propose architectural review if needed

What you’ll need to succeed
Requirements
- Technical analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience with:
- Knowledge and experience with the following technologies:
- IBM FTM4SWIFT and IBM Toolkit Knowledge
- Mainframe: DB2 & SQL; Batch jobs & OPCE
- MQSeries
- AIX and UNIX
- WAS
- GIT/Bitbucket
- SWIFT formats
- English fluency (speaking and writing)
- Degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent work experience
- Strong curiosity and passion for technologies and software solutions and willingness to learn and grow in an international IT environment
- Ability to work tightly with the other team members, also with those remotely located
- Proactivity, problem-solving mindset, result-oriented approach, commitment to deadlines, prompt issue communication, and escalation
Skills considered a plus - Payments/SWIFT knowledge
