Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic product management team. This entrylevel position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn the ins and outs of product management within the diagnostics field. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and product management team.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Product Management Support: Assist the product management team in the planning development and execution of product strategies.
- Scientific Product Collaboration: Work closely with the scientific team to understand and communicate the scientific underpinnings of our products.
- Market Analysis: Support market research efforts to identify trends assess competition and uncover market opportunities.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that accurately convey the scientific strengths of our products.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration: Engage with R&D sales marketing and clinical affairs to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and promotion.
- Learning and Development: Actively participate in learning opportunities to gain comprehensive knowledge of product management processes at Preventis.
- Conduct comprehensive literature analysis to identify key research findings emerging technologies and competitive landscape within the industry
- Assist in registrations and compliance tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bachelors or mastes degree in a related field (e.g. Biology Biotechnology Biochemistry etc.). A background in a scientific discipline is highly advantageous.
- Demonstrated interest in product management and marketing within the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
- Strong ability to grasp complex scientific concepts and communicate them effectively.
- Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive learner with a keen interest in the diagnostics market and technological advancements.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
