As a Product Manager you will be part of a growing midsized company making waves in the outdoor apparel and accessory business and were looking for a Product Manger to join their ride.

Job Duties:
- Strategic planning and marketoriented development of your product portfolio
- Product lifecycle management for all products you are responsible for
- Timely planning and control of the product development process
- Responsibility and project management of product innovations from the idea to the goahead for production
- Close cooperation with the relevant departments (development procurement marketing and sales) from conception to market launch
- Monitoring of sales contribution margin and results development
- Permanent market and competitive observation to identify trends growth potential and consumer insights
Requirements
- A degree in business administration or an equivalent sound commercial or technical vocational training
- At least 35 years of professional experience and proven success in product management and product development preferably in the area of outdoors like retail bicycles apparel etc.
- Experience in project management
- Solid knowledge in the conception development and marketing of (bicycle) bags
- Experience in the field of technical textiles plastics technology and HF welding; beneficial
- Active and passionate cyclist with knowhow in everyday life and leisure beneficial
- A high degree of team spirit initiative communication skills and resilience as well as the willingness to take on new topics and projects
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
