- Development of BMS algorithms
- Development of BMS application software
- Development of BMS bootloader
- Development of BMS external communication and internal processes
- Preparing design records, documentation and testing data

- Advanced working experience and university degree in area of electrical engineering, information technology, vehicle technology or a comparable course of study
- Knowledge and experience with automotive and BMS-development processes
- Experience with MATLAB, CANoe, CANape
- Experience with automotive software development processes and testing (e.g. SIL, MIL)
- Strong knowledge and experience with CAN applications
- Strong knowledge and experience with BMS algorithms and bootloader
- Understanding of electronics and software architecture of vehicles
- Strong communication skills - face to suppliers and partners
- Understanding for complex contexts and problem solving skills
- Great enthusiasm for two-wheeler engineering and electric vehicles
- Fluent German and English language skills
