KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA is looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) AgroService Sugarbeet Germany & Austria in Einbeck (Lower Saxony) at the earliest possible date. As a JuniorProject Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the strategic and creative orientation in the sugar beet sector, taking into account current and future developments in the market.This exciting position is initially limited to a period of 2 years . Your tasks - challenge meets responsibility:
- Development of strategic, technical and creative concepts for the innovative sugar beet cultivation of the future
- Planning, management and implementation of field trials in sugar beet cultivation
- Conception, coordination and organization of the agronomic design of field day sites
- Provision and processing of data and results for variety positioning
- Preparation of product arguments for the sales organization
- Active participation in the strategic orientation and positioning of the market segment
- Creation of consulting-relevant technical content and technical articles for digital and print media
Your profile - competence meets personality:
- Completed scientific studies in agricultural sciences, preferably agricultural economics, crop production or a comparable degree program
- Initial work experience and agricultural internships are an advantage
- High practical relevance and strong interest in new technologies
- Good presentation and communication skills with a confident manner and organizational talent, also at internal and external events
- Creativity, flexibility and initiative as well as a high level of teamwork and communication skills
- Confident PC user skills in Microsoft applications
- Driving license B and willingness to travel occasionally
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English round off your profile!
