Tasks
Be part of a development team that creates an amazing experience for millions of music enthusiasts around the globe! We are looking for an experienced and skilled C developer who is passionate about both music and programming and interested to contribute to our successful mobile app Music Maker JAM.
You will be involved in all phases of product development; from conception through implementation to testing bug fixing and evaluation. You will join an international team of music and tech enthusiasts in an open and kind atmosphere with flat hierarchies. Working on revolutionary music production and consumption apps in a startup environment requires taking responsibility for the product and facing new challenges frequently. Our software runs on different platforms and uses a broad stack of technologies backed by our own proprietary online services.
Requirements
Required skills:
- Proven skills and knowledge of C
- Knowledge of stateoftheart programming patterns and best practices including tools
- The ability to work within an existing codebase and contribute to evolution and refactoring where needed
- Experience with development for mobile platforms (Android and iOS) or be willing to learn. This includes platform specific IDEs and build tools APIs and programming languages (e.g. Kotlin or Swift)
- Ability to work in an agile self organising (remote) team communicate clear exchange knowledge and contribute to our friendly open minded working atmosphere
- Solid working proficiency in English
Desirable skills:
- Musical knowledge and/or experience with audio software
- Knowledge in DSP
- Knowledge in performance optimisation and low level thread synchronisation

- You live in Germany or Poland and have a work permit. (E.U./EEA/Swiss citizen or general work visa)
