- You are responsible for maintaining the eCommerce Portfolio, involving tasks such as collecting initiative data, planning, adhering to portfolio timelines, facilitating prioritization, and enhancing portfolio and project management processes to reach the desired maturity level
- You oversee the continuous monitoring of portfolio delivery, ensuring effective management of portfolio initiatives and maintaining transparent documentation for all relevant activities
- Comprehensive and transparent documentation for the activities related to maintaining the eCommerce Portfolio is a key aspect of your responsibilities
- You take charge of managing a rollout project (N4) to ensure a successful go-live and provide oversight for hypercare/post-go-live support
- Your role involves coordinating essential technical activities to attain project goals and milestones, with internal disciplinary guidance handled separately and excluded from the technical coordination scope
- You must have demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, showcasing your ability to effectively engage and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills are essential, indicating your capability to efficiently coordinate tasks and ensure project success.
- Knowledge of portfolio management and familiarity with agile processes are necessary, enabling you to effectively manage projects and adapt to changing requirements.
- Critical thinking abilities are crucial for problem-solving and making informed decisions throughout project execution.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of ecommerce are required to effectively contribute to projects in this domain.
