Böblingen (Hybrid)
€100,000-120,000+ Bonus+ Holiday + Pension + Flexible working hours.
Excellent opportunity of an experienced Business Development Manager, where you will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategy for the European Defence market.
The company is a worldwide designer and manufacturer of precision motion control products and systems. From designing and manufacturing products and solutions to providing expert consultative support, they collaborate with customers in many of the world's most challenging industrial applications.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Development Manager, with a focus of on activity for the acquisition and development of new and existing business relationships and new applications. You would also have experience developing sales strategy, working with large customers and good knowledge working with international ad multifunctional teams.

The role:
- Developing of new and further development of existing business relationships.
- Developing and implementing sales strategy for the European defence market.
- Regular creation and maintenance of sales forecasts for defence sales.
- Carrying out market and competition analyses.
- Continuous reporting to defence stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with US ITAR, EU export and offset rules.
The person:
- Several years of sales experience with complex technical applications.
- 5 + years of experience in dealing with large customers, especially in the defence-related sector, is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of working with international and multifunctional teams.
- Solution and customer-oriented approach.
- Fluent knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
