In this role, you will act to determine, coordinate, and monitor HR management activities throughout the Nordics Overland Unit, providing support to employees in various HR-related topics.
You will coordinate the management of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, including overtime regulations and minimum wage requirements.
Furthermore, you will administer compensation and payroll programs, ensuring accurate processing of payroll and analyzing hiring needs.
Additionally, you will plan and execute selection processes, including interviews, screening calls, and psychological tests, along with an understanding of HR diagnostics.
Moreover, you will conduct employee HR onboarding, organize training and development initiatives, and implementing personnel development measures.
You will stay updated on industry trends, oversee labor contracts, collaborate with other departments, and provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
What you bring
You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or HR Management, or a relevant field, along with 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
You have experience with a variety of different selection methods, including interviews, assessment centers, and psychological tests.
Additionally, you can quickly learn the organization's HR and talent management systems, along with an understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
You possess the ability to communicate excellently in both Swedish and English to a full professional proficiency; with knowledge of Danish being an advantage.
You have a good knowledge of employment laws and demonstrate outstanding proficiency in MS Office.
