Our client is a large company with over 2,000 employees and offices in major cities throughout Germany. They offer a range of digital products and services that enhance the daily lives of their customers.

Within the company, you will discover the dynamics of e-commerce, agile processes, a flat organizational hierarchy, and rapid development growth.

Your tasks include:

• Further development, administration and monitoring of the existing ERP environment (Microsoft Dynamics), including the database, server and ancillary products (document management system, payment transactions)
• Upgrade of the existing software architecture and processes to the cloud: selection of suitable products, design of the associated architecture and implementation of the migration
• Selection and support of partners (e.g. plugins, resellers)
• Close coordination with other teams (accounting, taxes, controlling)
• Regular reporting to the finance team management on the status of the projects
• Proactive creation and implementation of suggestions for improvement regarding internal processes, use of tools, new or different software, etc.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the Microsoft Navision environment
• Completed studies in (business) informatics or training as an IT specialist
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft ERP system environment (Dynamics NAV/Business Central/Finance), Power BI, the Microsoft SQL database and the Microsoft Windows Server operating system
• Good knowledge of SQL & Microsoft Excel, preferably also PowerShell
• Experience in implementing, supporting and adapting IT systems in project management through at least one major update/upgrade project
• Fluent written and spoken German skills (at least C1 level)
