Technical Support in e-mobility

Job description
Join our client in Berlin and be part of the of the growing e-mobility industry.
Your tasks:
- Developing and overseeing AC and DC e-charging stations in the backend, along with managing authorization systems and charging tariffs
- Conducting tests on charging stations and implementing practical trials
- Monitoring and managing the technical and commercial aspects of e-vehicle charging infrastructure (including monitoring, generating usage reports, error analysis, and correction)
- Collaborating with hardware manufacturers and backend developers to enhance products and drive further development
- Providing telephone support to customers on backend-related issues
- Handling service cases and resolving issues
- Assisting in the management of installation projects and overall organizational workflow
Your qualifications:
- Fundamental understanding of electrical engineering, IT, and preferably some knowledge of the commercial domain
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and willing to learn new systems
- Fluent in German, and solid grasp of English (at least B1 level)
- Interest in contributing to the transportation and energy transition, with prior experience in electromobility being advantageous
- Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
- Structured and reliable work ethic
- Positive attitude towards emerging markets, viewing them as opportunities for growth
- Desire to work in Berlin-Mitte on advancing our mobility platform
