For our IT department in Cologne we are looking for a
Junior ITSM Consultant (m/f/d)
YOUR TASKS:
- Analyze and continuously develop existing ITSM processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide technical support to users, resolve technical issues, answer queries and ensure users use IT services efficiently
- Maintain manuals, instructions and knowledge bases for easy access to relevant information
- Assist in managing and developing the content of the IT service catalog to meet organizational needs.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to evaluate and improve processes
- Actively promote the use of the ITSM platform within the organization
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or business administration, or you have a degree in a relevant field
- Experience in presenting results, moderating meetings or workshops, coordinating between departments and consistently implementing agreed measures
- Hands-on mentality, initiative and practical problem solving skills.
- Effective communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Good command of written and spoken German and English.
