About Area 21 Software GmbH
Area 21 was founded in May of 2022 by the Elmos Semiconductor SE. The initial team was build up with Elmos software experts in October 2022. Area 21 has employees with many years of experience in managing, designing and testing software to enhance functionality of Elmos ICs. The main focus is on building embedded software for the automotive industry in close cooperation with the Elmos hardware development.
Aufgaben:
- Completed studies with a focus on Computer Sciences or in a comparable relevant MINT/STEM field
- Multi-year software and/or system development for embedded systems, preferably in the automotive industry
- Comprehensive, confident handling of the ANSI C programming language
- Experienced with ARM Cortex-M development and understanding ARM assembler
- Knowledge of automotive bus systems (focus LIN/CAN/FR) and interfaces
- Methodological knowledge of requirements engineering, software architecture, programming and testing as well as knowledge of the relevant standards (Automotive Spice, AUTOSAR, ISO 26262) and the methods of agile software development
- Analytical and goal-oriented thinking and implementation, strong communicational skills (in German and English) and a high degree of persuasiveness
