Create a source of customer satisfaction in the storage and technology industry with Element Logic!

Element Logic is looking for an individual, seeking new challenges, for the position of Account Manager! The role of Account Manager is to work closely with new and existing customers, to drive customer satisfaction and deliver additional sales in the Market. The successful candidate will achieve repeat business sales through the use of a consultative solutions sales approach and provide customer bespoke solutions, extensions and modifications based on the standard AutoStore modules and Element Logics eManager software. The remit of this role starts with ensuring customers are using the latest versions of software and have Service Level agreements in place and supporting customers meeting their business goals. The success of this role will be measured against both customer satisfaction and the team extension business sales compared to agreed Revenue and margin budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Sales of service products with existing customers (Farming no Hunting).
• Expansion of existing logistics concepts with additional components.
• Expansion of the service product portfolio with additional business.
• Development of service contracts (SLA).
• Promote SLAs with customers for maintenance and after-sales services.
• Generate additional orders in the aftermarket for spare parts, component sales, training and education packages.
• Increase customer satisfaction through downstream service offerings.
• Further development/optimalisation of processes in Customer Success (Service).

Desired skills and experience:

• Sales experience as a key account manager in service.
• Professional experience ideally in intralogistics, mechanical or plant engineering.
• High level of consulting expertise in automation technology.
• Knowledge in the field of automated warehouse technology.
• Willingness to travel.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English, verbal and written.
