Head of Marketing - Sample Technologies (m/f/d)

Aufgaben:
- Developing the holistic strategic plan for QIAGENs biggest product line sample technologies, including product management, portfolio management, team planning etc.
- Leading the global product and marketing manager team within the sample technologies branch.
- Networking with key opinion leaders, key customers and accounts to ensure a deep understanding of needs and desires for the future development within the product line.
- Evolving the global portfolio of sample technology products to be on top of state of the art and next generation products.
- Reporting of all relevant data and ideas to our senior and executive management
Qualifikationsprofil:
- +8 Years proven track record in global Sales and Marketing organizations within the BioTech industry.
- Leadership experience both with direct teams and in matrix organizations with as well as leading by influencing.
- Excellent knowledge in the sample technologies and other relevant markets.
- Outstanding networking and communication skills, ideally holding an established network of key opinion leaders.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Any other language, especially German, is a plus but not a must.
