Job description
- Creation of HR budget and HR forecast for the group of companies.
- Ensuring the quality of the master data.
- Conducting cost center reports and variance analysis.
- Creation of statistics on employee numbers and structures (HR-specific KPIs).
- Ensuring the transparency and communication of HR key figures.
- Conducting performance appraisals & performance management, identifying opportunities for improvement, developing strategies to optimize teams, work culture and HR processes.
- Analysis of the recruiting strategy and development of ideas for improving processes and procedures related to personnel planning and personnel cost structure.
- Create and track budgets for training and coaching to evaluate the value contribution of human resources management measures to the companys economic success.
- Support of HR projects
- Develop digitalization measures
Voraussetzungen
- Degree in Business Administration (Bachelor/Master) with a focus on Controlling or HR.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- Strong financial analysis skills to analyze complex financial data, identify trends and generate insights to support business decisions.
- Knowledge of financial reporting standards and financial reporting requirements and experience in consolidating financial statements within the group structure.
- Knowledge of technologies and systems related to HR Business (SAP HCM and other tools).
- Knowledge of financial reporting and reporting tools (SAP, Management & Legal Consolidation System)
- Ability and willingness to lead and motivate others, to think entrepreneurially, to take responsibility and to adopt strategic perspectives.
- Proven ability to communicate & present at the highest management levels, particularly in an international context.
- Strong analytical skills, very structured way of thinking and the ability to keep an eye on the big picture.
- Ability to defend the controlling perspective in discussions with top management, subsidiaries, departments, etc., even in the face of resistance.
- High quality and compliance awareness, solution-oriented attitude, and high (internal) customer orientation.
